Kevin Kelly

Kevin Kelly is an Internationally Acclaimed Motivational Speaker and authority on entrepreneurship, leadership, sales, creativity and personal excellence. Kevin is also the creator of the concept “Xceptionalize” which challenges individuals and organisations to focus on exceptional execution of their duties on an ongoing basis.

Born into a small family retail business, Kevin has been selling and negotiating from a very young age.

After graduating with a Commerce degree in 1987, he proceeded to break sales record in each of the companies he worked for in the construction and manufacturing industry. Over the past two decades, he has keynoted at events around the world including the Middle East, Far East, Europe and the US working for many Fortune 500 companies and such prestigious associations as The Million Dollar Round Table. His experience spans the IT sector, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Financial Services and Retail.

Kevin is a unique motivational speaker who more than walks the path of his own philosophies: From challenging himself to write a Best Seller even though limited by a poor grade in English, to going from high income to low income and back when he decided to follow his passion; to breaking sales records in many companies, to developing an International Brand, Kevin knows his ideas and strategies work, because they have worked for him!

As a speaker, he appreciates that we are all operating in an attention deficit society – honouring this; he gets maximum engagement through a cocktail of interaction, stories drawn from his own life, and cutting edge research.

His book titles include Basics before Buzz,” “Life: A Trip Towards Trust” and the Best Selling title “How? When you don’t know how.” In addition, he has produced three motivational CD’s – Good Enough – Now go get it; Setting, getting and forgetting Goals, and Compelling Communication Strategies. His transition year module “Looking Ahead and Living Now” is a nationally accredited module and his upcoming graphic novel will make motivation and personal development available to the most vulnerable audiences who in the past would have ignored this area.

Kevin has appeared many times on National TV and radio shows in Ireland, UK and the US.
