Patrick Hollingworth

Patrick Hollingworth, a leadership and teamwork expert, and an accomplished high-altitude mountaineer. Having participated in 11 international expeditions and achieved an unguided ascent of Mount Everest, Patrick Hollingworth knows what it’s like to go out of the comfort zone and persevere through uncertain conditions. Patrick has worked with some of the world’s leading organisations in Australia, Asia, Europe and North America to help their leaders and teams get comfortable getting uncomfortable in an organisational landscape which is becoming more volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) by the day.

Jesko von den Steinen 

Jesko von den Steinen was part of the original creation team and is currently the lead performer of “The House of Dancing Water” at the City of Dreams in Macau. Previously, he’s toured for years performing a solo act with Cirque du Soleil’s “Saltimbanco” throughout North America, Asia and Europe. By sharing the insider experience of creating the $250 Billion HKD theatrical spectacle of The House of Dancing Water, We gain a unique insight to the creative process. It starts from an idea, that is then shaped by many prototypes, refinements, starting over, etc… that in the end became the successful show it is today… How we were able to capture the value of the content generated.

Emma Reynolds & Jared King

Emma Reynolds and Jared King are provoking change where it’s needed most – inside the world’s biggest and best organisations. Their fundamental belief is that work is broken and treating employees like customers is the mindset needed to fix it.  It’s this belief that led them to co-found the disruptive change management agency, E3 Reloaded, in 2007. And since then they’ve been challenging conventional leadership wisdom and rebelling against the status quo in hundreds of companies across Europe, Africa, Asia Pacific and North America.  Through their project work, design thinking labs, content platforms, products, books, workshops, and keynote presentations, Emma and Jared are empowering a global community of cubicle activists to create change and make work, work.

Andrew Cox is the Director of Training at Joint Dynamics, Hong Kong, he works to empower individuals, corporations and governments in the field of health and sustainable wellbeing. His presentations crystallize the connection between health, fitness & robust energy levels with profitability, productivity and work/life satisfaction by illustrating the way we take care of our bodies, day in & day out, directly influences how we feel, think and perform. Therefore our physical health and fitness has a huge impact on our work capacity, resilience and adaptability to stress.

Paul Niel is an enterpreneur, future thinker, adventurer and renowned speaker. Rob Lilwall

Rob Lilwall is a former geography teacher, turned internationally acclaimed adventurer, author and speaker. His two most epic expeditions to date are the three-year 50,000 km Cycling Home From Siberia expedition, and the six-month 5,000 km Walking Home From Mongolia expedition – both were commissioned as television series for National Geographic. Rob’s unsupported and human-powered travels have taken him across the frozen plains of the Gobi Desert and Siberia; through the thick jungles of Papua New Guinea; and over the lonely passes of Tibet, China, Pakistan, Japan, Switzerland, Bolivia, Peru and Afghanistan.  He is the author of two books which have been translated into five languages, and has given his acclaimed motivational talks to more than 40,000 people in over 20 countries around the world.
