Tim Bean

With over 25 years experience at the top of the international health and wellness industry, Tim Bean makes the connection between medical, health and longevity – and the business bottom line.

Known in London’s social circles as “The Merciless Mr. Bean”, his private clients include celebrities and social high-flyers, and his corporate clients include 7 of the world’s 10-biggest investment banks.

He is on the Educator faculty for Duke Corporate Education, and lectures at corporate events, off-sites and medical conferences around the world.

He has spoken and conducted executive programmes in over 25 countries in the UK, Australasia, USA, Europe, the Mediterranean, South America, The Middle East and Asia.

Tim is a graduate of the Bill Gove Corporate Speakers Programme (USA), and member of the Professional Speaking Association (UK), and Global Speakers Federation.

Tim has been called upon for interviews and comment in the print media (FT Weekend, Daily Telegraph, Evening Standard, Daily Mail, Sunday Times, London Metro), radio (Radio New Zealand, ITN News, London’s Capital FM) and television (TVNZ, Sky1 TV, ITV, GMTV, Lorraine Kelly Today).

He has been a consulting expert, contributor and feature subject for CBS News, Discovery Health Channel, UK Health and Fitness Magazine, Sunday Times Style Magazine, The London Magazine, Tatler, Vogue, She, Ultrafit and Zest magazines.

An experienced television presenter, Tim co-hosted an 8-episode series for Channel 4 Television, “Turn Back Your Body Clock”, and the subsequent book “Turn Back Your Age Clock” (Hamlyn), a practical guide to de-ageing, was an international success. His latest publication, “The Wealthy Body in Business” has just been commissioned by a major publishing house and is scheduled for world-wide release in early 2017.

Main Speaking Topics

  • “You May Look Smart and Interesting, But What Shape Are You REALLY in for [Business/Leadership/Sales/etc]?” (Keynote). Re-framing health and wellbeing for hard-charging, high-flying business leaders. It’s the topic no-one’s talking about…
  • “The Wealthy Body in Business” (Keynote/Break-out/Seminar/Workshop). Bridging the gap between medical, health and longevity – and the business bottom line. It’s the new reality in business.
  • “Turning Back Your Age Clock” (Keynote/Breakout/Workshop). We get all kinds of advice from those closest to us, but no-one tells us how to AGE well…

Recently I engaged Tim Bean to help with a senior leadership offsite where I brought together the 40 most senior members of our Equities team from around the world. I have seen Tim interact with very senior people in a respectful but challenging manner that is highly effective. His presentation was insightful and inspiring, and a number undertook quite significant lifestyle changes as a result. One of the participants has since arranged for Tim to come and address his team in New York. I think you will be pleased by Tim’s ability to relate to our hectic work schedules and help find ways to regain some work/life balance.

We just wanted to share with you the impact that [our] Wellness Week has had on Recoveries Division. We have a monthly reward and recognition morning tea and we normally put on sausage rolls, cakes etc etc… Today we had our morning tea but check out our spread…fruit skewers, carrots, hummus, rice crackers, fruit. The team were very receptive to this change of food and there were no left-overs!  This change was solely due to the impact Tim has had through the Wellness Week presentations and seminars on our business unit.

I have never seen the team as energised and engaged as they were after they’d attended Tim’s seminar series.  His delivery was to the point but expertly engaging and entertaining. Individually, staff have made commitments to improving their health and general wellbeing with a positive long term outlook – something we’ve not achieved during previous Wellness Week incentives.  All I hear from the team is “When is Tim coming back?!”.  Worth every cent.”
