Todd Miller is a Hong Kong-based CEO and a hard core explorer  He is passionate about going the distance, pushing boundaries, and helping individuals attain peak performance.

Todd Miller is Chief Executive Officer at Celestial Tiger Entertainment (CTE), the largest broadcaster of pan-Asian channels dedicated to Asian entertainment, whose highly-rated channels include Celestial Movies and KIX. The principal shareholders in this entrepreneurial company include a Hollywood studio; a global Private Equity firm; and Southeast Asia’s largest pay television platform.

Prior to Celestial Tiger Entertainment, Miller led a number of successful television businesses in Asia for Sony Pictures during a 17-year career with the Hollywood studio, including turning around its flagship channel in Asia.

Miller serves on various industry and non-profit Boards. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in economics from Vanderbilt University.

Adventure Credentials

Miller has ventured to over 100 countries on all seven countinents, and has cycled across two continents. In TransAmerica 2010, Miller cycled 6,000km coast-to-coast across North America in 50 days. In TransEuropa 2011, Miller pedalled across Europe from Lisbon. 82 days, 5,850km and 16 countries later he arrived in Istanbul. He encountered all kinds of physical and mental challenges on this solo self-supported expedition.

In other adventure explorations, Miller has kayaked in Antarctica; trekked through Patagonia and the Himilayan Solu Khumbu (Everest) regions, and paraglided above, parachuted on, and rafted through some of the world’s most striking places.

Miller has raised over US$50,000 through his cycling expeditions in support of Asian children’s charities.


Miller is a frequent public speaker on business and motivational topics. As a senior business executive and avid explorer, Miller offers a unique voice on business and leadership, on pushing boundaries and driving to peak performance. His talks combine insights from his management track record in running high-growth and winning businesses, combined with lessons from his personal explorations.
