Andrew Grant is the CEO of Tirian and creative designer of Tirian programs. Andrew has worked in the fields of leadership and team development for over 15 years.
As a keynote speaker, Andrew has shared the stage with top international speakers such as Stephen Covey, Jonas Ridderstrale and Bob Nelson. His presentations have reached more than 15 countries, 30 different nationalities and global leadership conferences such as the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) & World Presidents’ Organization (WPO).
Andrew also draws from his experience as a lecturer in Education at the Central Philippines University, pro bono with aid groups in El Salvador, Thailand and tribal India and co-producer of health programs with the International and Indian Schools Total Health Program.
His credentials do not end there; Andrew Grant is also the co-author of more than 30 corporate educational resources, simulations and programs and the book “Who Killed Creativity” (Wiley 2012). Andrew has also been featured on BBC and ABC TV, Singapore radio, the Wall St. Journal and Financial Review. In 2011 he was ranked as one of the top 30 leadership gurus in the world.

Dr Gaia Grant (PhD), has specialised in creative thinking and innovation over the last 18 years, and she is the author of several books including: ‘The Innovation Race: How to change a culture to change the game’ (Wiley, August 2016), ‘Who Killed Creativity?… And how can we get it back?’ (Jossey Bass), ‘A Patch of Paradise’ (Random House) and ‘The Rhythm of Life’ (Transworld). Gaia has also co-authored over 30 organisational learning and development programs.
Gaia is also a passionate researcher and lecturer whose studies of sustainable innovation leadership have led to the creation of a breakthrough ‘Innovation Change Leader’ (iCLi) profile measure and the ‘Polar Positioning’ (PoP) tool. Gaia is an associate adjunct faculty member of the University of Sydney Business School in the Discipline of Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship along with the Discipline of International Business. She holds an MSc and Grad Dip in creative change leadership from the State University of New York at Buffalo, along with a BD and BA Dip Ed from Macquarie University. Gaia has presented her research at international forums such as the American Academy of Management (AOM) and the European Group of Organisation Studies (EGOS), along with client industry events such as for Salesforce, Gartner, and Four Seasons.
Gaia is regularly engaged by a range of organisations from Fortune 500 companies through to not-for-profit organisations as a facilitator to assist with design thinking, ideation and dealing with wicked problems.
Along with corporate work, Gaia and her partner Andrew, CEO of Tirian International, have worked on rural development projects in El Salvador, Thailand and India along with social enterprises in Indonesia. Gaia has been a lecturer in Education at the Central Philippines University and has worked with the International and Indian Schools Total Health Program as an Associate Director, training senior education, health and political officials to produce an integrated program.
