Originally from Tel Aviv, he arrived in Singapore in 1992 as Israel’s trade and tourism commissioner. He was the marketing director of two software companies, holds an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and is a CSP (Certified Speaking Professional).
Aví is a consultant and is dedicated to training the management teams of major Fortune 500 companies on how to cultivate engaging leadership that strengthens a culture that facilitates a great experience for employees and customers.
As a diplomat and economist, he created two funds between Israel and Singapore that now manage over $1 billion. As a venture capital strategist, he facilitated 9 investments in start-up companies in Israel for Singapore Telecom.
