Dean Williams is one of the world’s leading authorities on leadership and change. He is a faculty member of Harvard University’s Kennedy school of Government where he also directs the World Leaders Interview Project and the Global Change Agent program.
Dean is the author of two highly acclaimed books: Leadership for a Fractured World: How to cross boundaries, build bridges, and lead change, and Real Leadership: Helping people and organizations solve their toughest problems.
Born and raised in Australia, Dean began his career as a factory worker at Ford Motor Company. He went on to complete his graduate degrees at Harvard conducting research throughout Asia and the United States on what it means to provide leadership as a dynamic agent of change.
