Prof George Yip outlined the three biggest challenges facing today’s companies: strategy formulation; strategic transformation and strategy execution in his presentation at the 5th International Conference of Corporate Research Forum in Madrid.

Professor George Yip is Professor of Marketing and Strategy, and Associate Dean for Executive Programmes at Imperial College Business School.
His previous academic positions include:
