Jonathan Yabut, Apprentice Asia Winner and workplace generational expert, recently spoke at a corporate leadership meeting on “managing diversity and adversity at work”.
Through his keynote presentation and dialogue session with the audience, he helped the audience to:
- Identify the layers of diversity in their respective teams and map out its strengths andweaknesses, with key emphasis in inter-generational dynamics at work
- Appreciate the importance and benefits of diversity in building teams characterized by highperformance and high retention
- Evaluate and apply best practices, frameworks, and tactics on how to manage conflictsborne out of diversity and turn them into opportunities
