In his talk Exponential Organisations, Paul focuses on the challenges established organisations and companies face in the light of non-linear technologies and trends. Increased digitization of existing technology and the synergies they create has lead to rapid increase in the speed that disruptive ideas can fundamentally change markets, while at the same time decrease the hurdle of entry.
