Christopher Dillon is a Hong Kong–based writer and entrepreneur and the principal of Dillon Communications Ltd. Over two decades, he has worked with some of the world’s most successful companies, including Bechtel, BrandLoyalty, Deloitte, the Economist Group, Manulife, Munich Re and Wal-Mart.
Christopher is the author of the Landed series of real estate books: Landed Hong Kong (2008), Landed Japan (2010), Landed China (2013) and Landed Global (2014), which includes case studies and data from more than 110 countries and territories. A second edition of Landed Hong Kong was published in 2015, and an expanded and revised edition of Landed Japan was released in 2018.
His writing has won numerous awards. Airport Authority Hong Kong’s annual reports for 2018/19 and 2017/18 won gold prizes for writing at the Mercury Awards. AAHK’s annual reports for 2008/09–2013/14 and 2015/16–2016/17 won silver and honors at the International Galaxy Awards and ARC Awards. He is a guest writer for the Financial Times.
He has appeared on Bloomberg Television, CCTV America, CNBC Asia, Channel News Asia and Hong Kong’s TVB Pearl and been interviewed by AFP, China Daily, CFO Asia, the Hong Kong Economic Journal, the Hong Kong Economic Times, Ming Pao, Radio Television Hong Kong, the South China Morning Post, the Standard, the Voice of America, The Wall Street Journal and other outlets.
