Renowned for her leadership in strategic finance and organisational transformation, Donna has led group-wide initiatives at complex, multinational financial institutions across the Asia Pacific region—managing landmark business integrations and pioneering innovative financial frameworks.
Born in Korea and having spent her formative years in New Zealand with career spanning 24 markets in Asia Pacific, Africa and UK, Donna brings a uniquely international perspective to her leadership. Early in her career, she worked with Japanese local government, deepening her understanding of public sector priorities, stakeholder engagement, and the intersection of education, policy and commerce.
