Click! Colours
The Click! Colours is a unique interactive personality assessment tool that has evolved after more than 20 years of experience in using, studying and applying personality and psychometric profiling tools with world class sporting and corporate teams, which offers a better, faster, cheaper and easier way of understanding why people think and behave the way they do.
The four Click! Colours (red, green, yellow, blue) represent four key sub-personalities that make up every individual, with each of these colours representing a different aspect of our personality.
The Click! Colours is a great tool to help you understand
* How and why people build relationships, make decisions and communicate.
* How people view the actions of others in a team.
* Why some people’s behaviour can drive others crazy.
* How you are perceived by others.
* How to get along with people who are not like you.
* How to optimise relationships within a team.
* How to motivate team members to achieve peak performance.
* How to mould different individual styles into a strong and high performing team.
Rob Lilwall
Rob Lilwall is best known for his epic 30,000 mile Cycling Home From Siberia expedition. The solo bicycle journey, which lasted three years, took him from the far eastern edge of Siberia back to London, via such wild corners of the world as Siberia in winter, Papua New Guinea in spring and Afghanistan in the summer.
Rob tells the tale of how as a very ordinary person, he learnt to camp at minus forty degrees in Siberia, to cross swollen rivers in the jungles of Papua New Guinea, and to survive the lonely passes of Afghanistan whilst riding the world’s slowest getaway vehicle. Using stunning photographs and videos, Rob relates such ordeals in the extreme corners of the world to the ever-growing challenges of the 21st century workplace.
Key issues addressed include:
* Creative problem-solving when the road ahead looks blocked
* Bewaring of the pessimists who say that it’s not possible
* Keeping perspective and a sense of humour when everything goes wrong
* Pressing through challenges when paralysed by the fear of failure
* Perseverance under pressure
Rob’s story has also been told in a critically acclaimed book published by Hodder and Stoughton (UK) and a television series by National Geographic.

Speakers Connect Showcases stage the most inspiring speaker from all over the world. Tremendous feedbacks from attendees of our previous events:
The seminar was very thought-provoking, excellent speakers, just the right length, gave food for thought and I left a better person from when I arrived. I also met some great people, so a good networking opportunity.
This is the first time I had the opportunity to attend Speakers Connect Showcase. I was very pleased with the mix of speakers whose similar expertise yet different content and delivery style provides a well rounded perspective. Mike Walsh was particularly polished with impressive content however I was able to gain knowledge from all of the speakers. Thanks a million for arranging our attendance.
I am amazed that Speakers Connect was able to bring six extremely effective and very different speakers together in one half-day event. Four of our team attended and we all felt it was extremely worthwhile. We learned a lot, not only about the various topics, but also about presentation skills. We each came away with several important new ideas, often different ones, that we picked up. Thank you very much.
