The core of the book is about ‘how to create a strong customer culture”. It’s based on the simple paradox that every company has the desire to be customer centric, but only a handful really become customer centric. Most companies are ‘a diamond in the rough’ in terms of customer experience. In my book I share practical guidelines on how to transform yourself from a diamond in the rough to a beautiful shiny diamond. This book is based on my 20 years of experience in the field of customer experience. It is not science based, it is experience based. This is the most practical book I have ever written and I can’t wait to share it with all of you in just a few months from now.

Steven Van Belleghem

Steven Van Belleghem is an expert in customer focus in a digital world. He is a popular speaker at home and abroad. In his keynote presentations, Steven takes his audience on a journey to the world of modern customer relationships in a clever, enthusiastic and inspiring way.

Steven is the author of three bestselling books. He became known for his first book, “The Conversation Manager”, which won the award for most innovative marketing book of 2010.
