Su-Yen Wong is a professional speaker who engages audiences globally on the future of work and what it means for organisations, individuals and society. She has addressed audiences from the U.S. to Ukraine, including CEOs and senior business leaders, ministers and government officials, unionists, entrepreneurs, educators and lawyers.
Wong brings expertise in corporate governance and risk management, and currently serves on the boards of several public, private and not-for-profit organisations in Australia, India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Singapore and the U.S.. She is chairperson of Nera Telecommunications, a global telecom and IT solutions provider that operates in Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Africa. She serves as an independent director at MediaCorp, Singapore’s leading media company, which is wholly owned by Temasek Holdings; Yoma Strategic Holdings, which is a conglomerate with diversified business interests in Myanmar across real estate, consumer, agriculture/heavy equipment and financial services; First Resources, a leading palm oil producer in Asia with plantations across Indonesia; and CPA Australia, one of the world’s largest accounting bodies with more than 150,000 members globally.
Wong is often featured in print, broadcast and online media such as CNBC, Channel News Asia, The Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg.
