15 year old IBM champion and Google developer Tanmay Bakshi, was recently interviewed by Future Summits. Tanmay shared his view on AI, data augmentation, augmented reality, machine learning, quantum computing and more.

Tanmay Bakshi at the age of 15, has already spoken to over 150,000 people live worldwide about programming and its value for society.
His passion for programming began when he started coding at the age of five, where he fixed his schools computers. Today, Tanmay is an author, AI and ML Systems Architect, TED & Keynote speaker, Google Developer Expert for Machine Learning, and IBM Champion for Cloud. He has addressed over 200,000 executives, developers, and various audiences worldwide at conferences, universities & schools, financial institutions, and international companies. The United Nations, NASSCOM, Linux Foundation, Apple, SAP, IBM and Walmart are a few of the organizations he has keynoted for.
Being a media personality, he’s been featured in the Toronto Star, on the front page of The Vancouver Sun, pictured on stage doing what he loves to do – sharing his knowledge with the world, in Forbes and CNBC, as well as in Bloomberg Businessweek as a Young Entrepreneur, in The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal, just to name a few.
His YouTube channel called “Tanmay Teaches” is where he shares his research and knowledge with audiences of all ages. He has had the honor of being the recipient of the Twilio Doer Award, Knowledge Ambassador Award, and Global Goodwill Ambassador at LinkedIn.
Tanmay has already trained over 7,500 people of his initial goal of training 100,000 aspiring developers to create their own solutions. All of this has been done while finding time to work on the following two passion projects. The first is focused on helping those with Rett Syndrome so they can “speak” through the detection and interpretation of EEG signals analyzed by cognitive systems and the second focuses on suicide prevention through depression mitigation using AI.
