Dana Leong

TEKTONIK Music, founded by Grammy Award winning musician Dana Leong, celebrates its 10th anniversary.

Dana started TEKTONIK 10 years ago to heal the world with music, shortly after the massive earthquake and tsunami in the Sendai region in Japan.

TEKTONIK unites artists from around the world from different nations and cultures together to dive into the world of music. Together they create uplifting world music to raise awareness and promote good causes. The TEKTONIK initiative has taken a key role in helping organizations realize the potential of storytelling through music and media. Led by Grammy Winning sonic architect, Music Composer & singer Dana Leong. The TEKTONIK core ensemble is made of Dana Leong from China and Japan alongside musicians from Haiti, USA, Philippines, and India.

The mission behind TEKTONIK is to remind us of our shared destiny and of the need for compassionate and careful stewardship of Mother Earth through collaborations with people with high spiritual energy. The initiative is proud to partner with Alibaba Philanthropy, Save the Children, United Nations Global Compact & Global Teacher Prize and JUCCCE, all of who have presented TEKTONIK as a model to activate social change through music & art.
