Best-selling business writer and industry innovator Brett King will be the keynote speaker June 8 at the Credit Union Association of New York’s Annual Meeting in Lake George, N.Y. This year’s event will take place at The Sagamore Resort from June 7-10, 2012.
King is the author of Bank 2.0, which challenges financial institutions to adapt their structures and thinking to reconnect with evolving consumers. He is the founder of Movenbank, the world’s first pure-play mobile bank based on Near-Field Communication (NFC), social media and user experience. King also runs User Strategy, a boutique consultancy focused on improving customer interaction for leading financial services companies and businesses.
In his keynote, King will talk about the trends, innovations and technologies that will have the most significant impact on financial services over the next decade.
